So, we’re kind of in an UP phase right now.

We got the date for the next surgery– the week of July 6. This one’s the Glenn Surgery; scroll down under “Treatment” for information.  Tiptoe does NOT have hypoplastic left heart syndrome, by the way– she had four normal sized chambers in her heart when she was born, but the whole in the left vetricle was so large, and the aorta so small, and the holes in the atrium so large…they’re treating her heart defects the same way that they would treat a child who’d been born with only one ventricle
