Tiptoe’s in the hospital again with a recurring coarctation of the aorta; same thing she had a month and a half or so ago.  They’ll be trying a balloon angioplasty tomorrow.  The docs words were, “We need to tear the scar tissue…”

Her aorta is about as big as a pixie’s pinky finger.  I don’t like the idea of tearing anything on her, especially something so close to her heart.  But I get the idea; you tear the scar tissue so more pliable tissue can grow in its place.  Heh– the doctors are picking her scabs for her.

Eww. I’m going to go wash that image out of my brain.
